Profiles shall be carefully set to safeguard FENDI. Setting with care avoids misbehavior and allows the transaction monitoring required for senior staff roles.

Create a profile Modify a profile Review/Monitor Store staff profile composition

There can only be one Store Head Profile. Delegated Heads can be set to allow business continuity when the head is not on duty (notifying the head if sensitive transactions are performed). Specialist roles can also be granted to the staff (Client Advisor and Stockist profile). Profile passwords must never be shared.

Store and Retail Heads shall periodically review the profiles set in the systems and monitor the due performance of transactions.
